PAYMENT METHODS

One important aspect of any e-store, is to offer to its own customers different, comfortable and cheeper methods of payment. This is our mission too. So, we are able to offer to you those following terms of payment.

- Credit cards. This is the most used method of payment in internet.
Choose "Credit cards VISA - MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS" if you prefer to pay with credit cards. When you confirm your payment, you will be connected to Bankpass. Click on your credit card logo and then you can do your payment absolutely safe. Bankpass offer a secure server https.

- PayPal. This is a very popular method used by many people that every day buy in internet.
It's easy, fast, cheeper and above all safe.
You need to sign up, with an e.mail address and a password, and then you have to give your credit card number you want to use. That's all! The most important aspect, is that PayPal is extremly fast:; you confirm your payment and it arrives to the seller in the same time than an e-mail.

Other credit cards, are accepted choosing "Different credit cards using PayPal" like payment term. Even if you haven't a PayPal account, you can issue your payment by credit cards too. Try this solution if you have another credit card than VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Depending on your country of origin, PayPal offers you the possibility to pay with community cards in your country. IT IS NOT IMPORTANT to have a PayPal account. For example, US customers may choose DISCOVER, or Finland, Japanese or Israelian one may pay with JBC, EC, Giropay.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
 
- Shipping Rates

Orders that are fulfilled by MadeinItaly-e.com are shipped via UPS. You will have tracking information available at www.ups.com. UPS has become the world's largest and most reliable package delivery company with the most competitive shipping costs.
 

- Delivery Estimates
MadeinItaly-e.com estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
 
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
 
- Returns
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Madeinitaly-e.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 
- Availability
We at MadeinItaly-e.com review our sunglasses inventory daily. We also revise our product features accordino to manufacturers’ modifications. In case the sunglasses you ordered are not available, we will email you immediately, and you will not be charged.

 
- Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Madeinitaly-e.com.
 
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you don’t receive the return and refund within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.
Your refund will be issued 3-10 business days after your return has been processed.
 
How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
. Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 70% of item's price.
. Any item that has obvious signs of use: 30% of item's price.
. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: no refund.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Sales marked as FINAL cannot be returned. All Clearance items are final sales.
